How To Get Here

Visits to the clinic are strictly by appointment only, to ensure uninterrupted time with clients. Make sure you book an appointment in advance. Once you arrive drop me a message and I'll come to greet you. Finding the clinic is easy, it's in a red brick building called Connies Office Space which is just off of the retail strip on Newport Road.

By car - Set your sat nav for CF23 9AF, or Rhymney River Bridge Road, and you should get here easily. The clinic is just off of Newport Road to the right of Smyths Toys and Matalan, and next to Peak Physique gym. There is ample free parking right outside of the building and I'll come and check you're in the right section on arrival.

By train - Connies Office Space is approximately a 40 minute walk from the city centre and both Queens Street and Cardiff Central stations. It's about 10 minutes in a taxi.

By bus - There are literally dozens of options by bus as Newport Road is a major transport route in and out of the city.
